***** DISPUTE - NO SERVICE!
Got stalked by the legal department for an outstanding bill, I've never been with Vodacom. Sent all the required info to the ********** adress. got a reference number, but never heard anything back. a month later VVM calls and says I've been handed over to them. I went to the store they printed all the details of the contract and I can clearly see everything is ****!!! I want this resolved ASAP!!! my ref : EC-1JE9-2Q0X6B They are leaving me with no choice but to go to the police station to make a ***** case against Vodacom for giving the contract to someone that looks nothing like me and not verifying his details. This is against RICA and ICASA laws.
