***** dept, no answer and no e-mail address

I recently came across a debit order of R45 that has been coming off my account and being paid to Vodacom on the 1st of every month. I subsequently received an invoice (attached) for 500mb of data for which I never signed up for.

I then contacted your call centre who confirmed that this debit order was linked to an account number separate from my actual account number under which I have two voice lines. They said that the contract was taken out in April 2010 and could look back on their system for 3 months to confirm that this amount had been being debited off my statement.

I have no knowledge of this account and have never taken a 500mb data contract out with Vodacom. Furthermore the number linked to this account ( ********** 121) is not the same as an old cancelled data contract that I used to have with vodacom a few years ago.

I have contacted the customer care on multiple occassions and the e-mail address that they provide me with to contact the ***** dept is invalid. Furthermore, the contact number that they provide me with doesn't work either. I am therefore unable to submit the documents that they require for the investigation and consequently will have the debit off my account this month again.
