***** Department is staffed with idiots
I reported that someone with a delivery address in Krugersdorp has attempted to set up a ********** account in my name. Vodacom's ***** department rep**** with a request for me to send copies of my ID, specimen signatures, and affidavit countersigned by a cop and all sorts of other information that would allow their so-called ***** department to commit identity theft. You have got to be kidding me.
Their reference number is ***6.
You utter *****s. I have phoned you. I have emailed you and now I have HelloPeter-ed you. I've done my bit. If you can't figure out your own security, perhaps you'll follow Cell C into the ******* bin of history. I've given you fair warning, this is *****.
If you send me a bill do not expect me to pay it.
It's been a week since I alerted Vodacom of the attempted *****. I've received two 'Our CSR will contact you' type messages through HelloPeter. Vodacom elected to keep these private from the Hello Peter community. Guess what .... I've not heard anything.
