***** deal offered on upgrade telephonically

I gave Nobuhle Goba from Vodacom Customer service a good review after receiving a confirming telephonic call and an email stating that both my husband and my contracts were the agreed amount and a day later we received the contracts with a higher amount. I spoke to S****ha Pillay and reported this ********** deal last week Wednesday 13/10/21 and have not heard from her not Vodacom again.
