*****-data sim card cloned I have to to for *****...sorry

I suspect my data sim card is clone. I received offer for new laptop and router on my existing account. Received letter with new serial numbers for both even deliver adress never recieved it. All of sudden my account went up sky high and does not have the new devices. Consutant ask me if i update my laptop that I never received. But did not get any new laptop or router as mention in letter. Still have old laptop and ****le not rooter. Consultant send me stement. And told me a amount i have to pay but it is not what is on statement. Pathetic that somebody in vodacom commiting *****. And steel money from people. I need to be investigate and to be solveas ASAP. My credit record are involved. Else i will go to Carte Blance. This is not a acceptable. Bad bad.
