Someone renewed my vodacom contract in my absence and without my consent at Vodacom Branch in Pretoria at the grove mall.The person renewed from a R130 contract to an iPhone, vodacom didn't even request payslip,bank statement or proof of employment even though we in the pandemic.When I found out about this the next day went to get an affidavit at the police station and forwarded the details that was last week on the 12. I have been contacting the customer care to get assistance since monday requesting for an update and no one could give me any solid feedback in terms of progress,today phoned in and the consultant managed to get their ***** department only to advice that they did not receive documents. I'm so frustrated right now and strongly feel vodacom doesn't care about their clients.i mean we talking about ***** on another person's name and they couldn't care less.
