*****: Contracts opened without my concern

On the 20th of February 2015, I received a call from Vodacom Subscriber Collections claiming that I have two contracts with Vodacom which are in areas. I told them that I do not have an account with Vodam and that I am an MTN customer. I requested origination documents and they could not provide these to me but rather asked me to go to a police station and get and affidavit. This is a case of ***** and it is affecting my credit rating. I need this matter to be urgently resolved or I will open a legal case against Vodacom for *****. I have not opened an account with Vodacom and as such I do not understand why I should be inconvenienced for their incompetence.
