on the 13/05/2015 received letter from vodacom stating that i am owing R849.28. I didnot understand the letter because i don't use vodacom to begin with. so i called vodacom customer care in the morning spoke with Nelsiwe Mzolo REF NO:S3-85Y5K-KRWX , she confirmed that someone took contract with my details however she will refer query to ***** line and they will call me back after 7working days/called again to find out how did they process application without certified id copy/3months bank statement /proof of address and pay however unable to provide answers Ref no:*** name of Khanyi.
