*****- Contract upgraded without my concent and knowledge
On Thursday the 2nd of January I have made contact with Vodacom about an unauthorised upgrade of a contract on my account. Numerous emails and phone calls but still no feedback.
Today RAM Couriers just came to pick up the phone but with no communication prior to this from Vodacom. This is not acceptable. Can someone please assist and resolve this.
