***** contract

Someone took a contract on my name from Vodacom. After I contact them they did phone me back and it seems that all the problems were solved. Vodacom credited me for the money that I paid for that contact but they took over R4000 back. I went to the branch to asked what happened and according to them it is for something on THAT contract that was never been paid for. Why must I still pay for everything that involved THAT contract?
