***** continues despite my best efforts

I uncovered ***** on my Vodacom account - someone took out a contract on my name which included a Samsung Galaxy watch and Smart-TV. I've been to numerous outlets in malls, spent hours with call centre agents and every time I have to explain everything from scratch and every time I get the reassurance that the problem is being dealt with.

Yesterday I received a bill for ±R20,000 - that will go off with my normal debit order!! - for "once-off charge - equipment - balance of contract". Can you believe it?!

My beef is this: ***** happened through Vodacom's system (they could never produce my signature on any contract) and now I have to fight tooth & nail to make sure they 1) refund me and 2) not keep on billing me! The total amount they owe me by now is close to R40,000 ... am I ever going to see this money?

If I cancel the debit order contract that I have in place, my normal phone contract will be cancelled.

I'm at a complete loss. I've been with Vodacom for 20+ years .... shocking.
