***** committed to my name ***

It has been 2 months I am battling for Vodacom to resolve this case . I discovered 2 months that a data card contract was **********ly taken to my name. A certain agent from ***** department ask me to email my copy of I'D and SAP affidavit to her email address mattie.mthembu@vodacom .co.za She even gave me her contact no: ********** 878. I called her for a reference or case number she told me there will be no reference number because I'm dealing directly with her. Since today no feedback. I called again the call centre and I was told to email copy of ID and SAP affidavit with 3 signature on the affidavit to ********** I followed up after 4 days I was told that email doesn't exist. The call centre agento ask me to email copy of my ID and SAP affidavit with 3 signatures to her email address gloria.math unaware.vcbu.merchants.co.zap This lady gave me a reference number A2-6K57-XQSV5 She called me back twice already and told me nothing has been resolved but in the meantime the debit order went off I am very disappointed in Vodacom for ignoring this matter as this contract expires in 2 years meaning I am forced to pay .
