***** Committed on my Vodacom accounts AGAIN!!!

Again I have ***** being committed on one of my numbers and Vodacom have not come back to me on my last complaint!!

This is the last straw! They demand payment of an amount NOT used by me, yet take their sweet time sorting my problem out!

I've sent everything they required from me.

WARNING! Do not try to upgrade or cancel any contracts for any of your numbers with Vodacom!

The latest number to be high-jacked from me happened after I tried to upgrade on the website. A sim swap was done and when I noticed something suspicious I contacted the call centre immediatly. The call centre agent gave me the info she had on what was happening. Again we put a block on the number but somehow it is still active!

From last week Thursday the 1st of September 2016, till today the 6th of September 2016, over R10,000 has been raked up on this number. When will it stop?? What is Vodacom doing to prevent this from happening??

I've had my account for many, many years and no problems like this. Now this year it is out of control!

DO I TRUST VODACOM OR ANY OF IT"S EMPLOYEES?? HELL NO!!!

Everytime you speak to them, they want all your details for proof of who you are! Then they tell me someone must have gotten hold of these details to commit this *****! So you tell me! You can't do anything with them without answering security questions or giving them a copy of your ID. Their courier company Ram should also be investigated.

But do they care about the customer! An emphatic and resounding NO!

Vodacom! I'm tired of this. Sort it out NOW! Sort out my damn accounts. Try to cut me off and we'll see what happens.
