***** Committed on my Vodacom accounts

Three of my Vodacom accounts have been reported to the ***** investigations department and yet I still received a bill to pay for those accounts as they have not sorted it out yet. Nearly two months now!

The bill is way above what I earn and my history of accounts billing shows that there is definitely something wrong as I have never spent that much on any of my accounts over time with Vodacom.

I called the accounts department and they told me that the full amount will be deducted and only refunded after the investigation is complete.

I have to-date only had one call from the ***** investigations department looking for a police case number. I do not get reference numbers from these people as promised.

If debit my bank account and the debit fails due "insufficient funds available", the bank will charge me for that failed debit order. Who pays me back for that!

Everything is done through call centre staffs who don’t know much. You can’t speak to anyone who is competent enough to handle your query by the looks of it!
