***** COMMITTED ON MY ACCOUNT

So after seeing a second handset installment on my profile and being told it was just an error on the system and after numerous Hello Peter complaints and phone calls. I spoke to a gentleman today, bear in mind I've been calling in since January to find out why there is a second handset installment on my profile only to find out that some guy at Vodacom Tygervally with the user name "Apollism" on the 9 January 2017 at 08:57:25 committed ***** on my account and no one till now mentioned this to me. All that has been happening is credit been allocated onto my profile with the im sorry it has been removed and you wont see it on your statement next month. FOR 5 MONTHS this has been the reason give to me.

I work in Cape Town and on a Monday morning that time my ass is at work from 7am the morning. I received no sms or email of this contract and yet it was put through so easily on my profile and all of this because I clicked on the i would like an upgrade button once my upgrade was due.

How is it that someone is allowed to just do this on my profile and that no one could tell me what was happening till now. HOW SECURE ARE OUR PROFILES when AGENTS are committing fruad on our profiles?

This is so frustrating I have to call in and run after people and ask and beg when the information is in front of them telling them that some asshole at Tygervally logged into the system with the USERNAME "Apollism" and violated my account without any confirmation to be or messaging or anything.

I will now have to go to the police station this evening and do an affidavit and get all my details together to send to Vodacom because even tho someone ***** that works there messed me up I have to run around to fix it. your profiles aren't safe with VODACOM guys if this could slip through so easily and for months stay under the radar with a "Its a system error" excuse who knows what else isn't being done on your profiles.

FOR 5 months this jerk got away with it, and now im the one suffering... And then they want me to give them a copy of my ID so they could possibly commit more ***** on my name... I no longer trust them and wouldn't advise anyone else does.
