***** Collusion with Vodacom staff

I am a Red-VIP Plus client.

On 11 January 2018 I reported a ***** case to Vodacom and duly submitted ALL required documents to start an investigation into the matter. Reference Number granted.

My data contract account was **********ly upgraded to a voice contract with a **** i.d at Vodacom 4u Southgate Mall by Vodacom staff members Mbatha L and Mokwevho M. This was done on the 7th December 2017 and the upgrade came into effect in January 2018.

There was clear collusion between the ********* and the Vodacom staff in that:

1. How did the ********* know that this particular contract is due for an upgrade? 2. All my identity and FICA documents are in the Vodacom system as you have to submit when you open a contract. How then does a ********* successfully submit ********** documents, that would obviously not correspond with what is in the system and get away with it?

I am currently being billed and paying for this ***** account, which the ********* in collusion with Vodacom is enjoying with free airtime and a brand new phone at my expense. If I stop paying, I risk a bad credit record.

Following my initial submission to Vodacom ***** and being given a reference number, I have written to them, time and again requesting a mere response in the least. I have not even been afforded that. When I call, I am told I can only write to them never to call.

I am at my wits end and desperate to get this sorted. But Vodacom is not interested nor willing to assist me in any way, regardless of the fact that this was caused by them and I am only a victim of trusting Vodacom with my personal identity documents.

Vodacom, your treatment is contrary to your vision and values you so proudly flaunt in your adverts when you canvas for clients.
