On 22 January 2015 there was a ********ly simswop done on my account. it was the second time it happend. I didn't receive the message to tell me there is a simswop on my phone and when we discover it later that day the person who answer vodacom line told us that he will correct it in an hours time and we trusted him. The next morning my phone was still not working and after my husband made a big noise they restore it immediatly. Standard bank phoned us that morning and informed us that somebody have ****** R134775.20 out of our account. We did sent everything to Vodacom to complain but without any success. Please help.
