***** charges agains Vodacom

<p>I want to file ***** charges against Vodacom. Can anyone with more legal knowledge please give some advice?</p> <p> </p> <p>They opened a cell phone contract in my name and are also debiting my personal bank account. I did not sign a contract with them. I did not sign a debit order with them. I have never had a Vodacom contract before in my life.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been struggling for months to no avail. Each month they debit my account with the outstanding amount plus the instalment for the next month.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want to file a case of ***** and also sue them for damages, bank fees and for my credit record now showing that I am not honouring debit orders.</p>
