***** cases by Vodacom, Telkom, and Rage under my name

Dear Sir/Madam
I have a crisis with Vodacom and Telkom, and Rage

I bought the cell phone at vodacom on a contract basis on 13 June 2014 in Pretoria Sunnyside Vodacom shop. In terms of the contract I have with Vodacom, I was due for an upgrade of the cell phone, however on March 2016 I discovered that somebody unknown to me upgraded the cell phone under my name. In view of the above, on 25 April 2016 I have lodged a complaint with Vodacom to investigate and resolve the ********** activity under my name.Vodacom requested I send them the Affidavit and ID copy regarding the above matter to this email address ********** and *****.
********** Reference number:S3-GS33L-LOU90 Vodacom Call Reference number: Mmathapelo.

On Telkom,I don’t have any account with Telkom. Telkom deducted money from my account as from April 2016.I have sent several emails to Telkom to stop the deductions and on the 15 July 2016 Telkom deducted R2000. I went to the bank to reverse the money. In addition, on the 16 July 2016, Telkom deducted R5558.20. I went to the bank also to reverse the money.

This is really inconveniencing me because it disturbs my monthly payments. According to standard bank when I reverse that money the bank charges me. Telkom requested my details including affidavit and proof of residence and I submitted the required affidavit to the following people: Mokgadi Maake ********** Jack ********** Tshepo Magwaza ********** TELKOM Reference number: ND ********** 6. TELKOM Call Reference number: 5 ********** 3 Nontlantlha.

On RAGE shop, I have requested my credit record from standardbank and transunion,to my surprise I also discovered that a ***** was also done on my name at RAGE shop.I have sent an affidavit to rage shop to investigate that ***** case to the follwowing emails: ********** ********** did not respond meaning there is no indication of whether they will resolve this ***** case.
