***** case using my sim card

My sim card was swapped by a ********* who use it to transfer money from my account to another Capitec clients. The bank says they can't refund me. I want all my money refunded, and I want Vodcaom and Capitec bamn to pay me back. I did not authorized any transfer or disclose my mobile PIN to anone. I don't even understand how can Vodacom authorized my swim card to be swapped without me being aware and it used to de***** me. Vodacom and Capitech must refund me all my money. I am laying complaint with ICASA amd banding ombudsman.
