A fradulent upgrade and new line was added to my account in December last year. I reported it to Vodacom with all the neccessary affidavits and proof of my signatures. The case was investigated by vodacom and I received a letter of outcome stating that indeed both cases were fradulent. Two debit orders had gone through by the time of the outcome letter. Vodacom insists that there is no refund due to me and instead I am getting letters of demand that I owe R500. I have also been receiving messages that my name is going to be listed on the Credit Bureau. The letter of outcome was in February 2016 but I am still being harrased with automated calls to pay up or face penalties. This is really frustrating
