***** by YOUR insurer

I am beginning to loathe ever using Vodacom and its service providers, This is not the first time that FINERITE and Vodacom reject my claim and make petty allegations that my Insurance has laps/ cancelled. I have never been so embarrassed when I when to collect my phone and was told I have not been paying my insurance for months as alleged by the Vodacom Repair consultant (at Sandton City). I could not understand because I certainly am I aware that the transaction was successful month-to-month.

Then he gave me the Vodacom insurance number and insisted he cannot help me any further. Upon calling ********** I got hold of Kelebogile who was somewhat helpful, she stated that she could see (from the system) that the account was billed and it displays “Active” on her system, the system however said it was cancelled on the 5th of June 2019, when I asked who cancelled it and the call details or email she said this could have been a manual thing because she cannot see the notes on the system. I asked who is going to assist since she said she could only send an email and cannot assist any further unless she gets feedback from the Policy admin team. However after 40min call, she failed to provide me with a turnaround time for my query she failed to assist with Eunice’s number.

Now the store charged me a fee and I had to pay that excluding my petrol traveling to get the assistance. Spent most of my time at the store. Only a fly-by-Night Company can make such petty claims. When it’s time to pay claims they come with all sorts of excuses that are baseless and they cannot explain nor support.
