***** BY VODACOM

Hello Peter kindly intervene in this matter.

Early this year (15/02/2018), I was called by the company named, ELITE MOBILE contracted under VODACOM. The sales person was Mr Mohammed Amod with this number : ********** . He give this client Id: 853, Mohammed offered me Sumsung Note Pad contract, which i took but when the handset delivared to me was a wrong device. I called vodacom to fetch the handset, the same guy who delivered the handset from Ram Courier came to collect the handset on the 19/02/2018. Vodacom said I must called them after 4-7 days to cancel the contract with them.

I called them on those days and they cancelled the contract which has never even existed because i didn't even activate their sim card. I was given this Ref : 1- ********** ********** which confirmed the cancellation on the 23/02/2018. To my surprise i received sms and a call from company that vodacom hand over my name to, their name is Vd Venter Mojopelo saying i am owing the Vodacom an amount of R3077.42 with the Ref: ********** 0 and their contact is ********** 200.

I called vodacom today to resolve this matter, i spoke with more than three consultant on ********** which confirmed that i don't own a vodacom, they cant even find my profile on their system but they can see handset was returned and contract was cancelled on the 23/02/2018. Today i have been taken from peeler to post by Vodacom customer service ********** to cancellation ********** to legal department ********** which is only answering machine talking no consultant. I am bit tired of this playing scheme that vodacom is playing with my name being destroyed in credit bureau.

Vodacom must stop destroying people's life because i know that i am not the first and even the last person that they destroyed.
