***** by an agent

On the 5th of January 2017 i went to a VC shop at Stone Towers King William's Town to upgrade my laptop contract. I was assisted by a lady named Nelson. The deal i was looking for was not available in store and they promised that if they placed an order it will be delivered in 24hours. As i was leaving the next day to where i stay in Limpopo we agreed that i will send an affidavit for my sister to do the upgrade on my behalf as i was taking the laptop for her. Up until the 27th of January i had no feedback or received any call from the store and my sister was now in Johannesburg. We went to a VC shop in Campus Square to do the upgrade. Again the laptop we wanted was not available and they took my details for the laptop to be delivered in 24hrs. And again my sister was going to do the upgrade on my behalf, the consultant (Lebogang) informed me that when the laptop arrives i will need to send an affidavit and ID copy to authorise my sister to do the upgrade. Indeed when the laptop arrived i was called and the affidavit and ID copy were sent to Lebogang as agreed on when i was in store. But when he was loading the contract on the system, it showed i had done an upgrade in King William's Town. I called the store and they claimed to have called when the laptop arrived but they couldn’t prove when this call was made and they claimed to have called once. Nelson went ahead and did the upgrade without the affidavit from me or my sister and with no signatures. I called to reverse the upgrade to carry on with the upgrade at Campus Square and she refused to cancel it saying it was impossible. This is just pure ***** as i never signed or sent her the affidavit we agreed on and she hurriedly made the upgrade to up her sales which to me is **********. To my surprise I do not have the laptop but it was debited on my account as the debit order went through this morning. I want that Nelson to be disciplined for this. I do not understand why I must pay for a product that is not in my possession.
