I am disgusted and shocked by what has happened. Last week Wednesday someone from vodacom called and told me that my order has been approved, and i told them that i didnt make any application. Since Wednesday i have been trying to get hold of Vodacom on the call center and also sent several emails to find out what is happening whether they were able to stop that order or found out who was trying to order on my name - i have not been able to get hold of anyone from VODACOM. Their phones are not answered and they do not respond to emails.

Today, i get a surprise call also from vodacom requesting some documents because they are about to courier my 2 laptops that i ordered(which i never did, and i told them this when they called me last week, and worse when i asked to tell me where they are delivering these laptops to - its an address i don't even know! If they had not called to ask for those docs, they would have delivered these laptops that i didn't order to someone and that would have been my debt to pay. What annoys me the most is the fact that i told them last week Wednesday when they called that this is ***** they need to stop it coz i didn't make an order. To my surprise they didn't stop it. Could it be that the vodacom sales team is involved in this?

Either way i want this sorted out. This is my name and my profile that is at risk. How could vodacom let this go for a week after i told them that this is *****?
