On the 19th I received a sms that someone is requesting a new number on my contract. I immediately contacted Vodacom Customer cars just to find out that someone took out a contract on my name in Kemptonpark. Lady i spoke to send a mail to dispatch to cancel order. Got a call from dispatch and all was sorted as i understood. The 25th a debit order went off as i contacted Vodacom just to find out that the contract was never cancelled. I am not a happy customer. That is why i went to prepaid after my contract ended, because of all this. Not happy with the service i received.
