***** at Vodacom
I sent my phone for repairs at Eastgate. I'm due for upgrade but was going to do that around June. A consultant called me saying that they will inform me once my phone has been repaired so I can collect it. The consultant called again saying that do I accept the upgrade and I said no but he still went on with the transaction and ordered the phone and also got an OTP code. Later on a white man called me saying that it was ***** and that they will cancel the order so I can do it myself. Last week I went to the Vodacom store in Rivonia Village Shopping Centre to do the upgrade on a different package and the consultant there said there was a red flag there stating that there is ***** which I thought the white man cancelled because he promised it was going to be cancelled. She then told me I must go to the police station to do an affidavit so that they can stop the *****. Why do you have to inconvenience the client??? Wasting my petrol driving up and down the police station as if I have nothing else to do and as if it was my fault. A simple thing as repairing my phone comes to this. I am very frustrated and angry that 'South Africa's leading network' is doing this to me after so many years of loyalty. I need this issue to be investigated and resolved no longer than 48hours otherwise i'll be cancelling my contract and cutting all ties with Vodacom
