***** AND ******** ETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE

To Whom it may concern.

Firstly I've contacted retentions to change four of our business contracts to prepaid, in which I have failed. My contracts are all expired and don't see what the problem is?

To top it off one the contracts have been upgraded without our consent? Is this not *******?

We then contact your "customer service line" which is an utter joke, yet again we fail.

What should I do? I've been in-store as well and I can't come to a conclusion. Therefore I feel need to take further action upon Vodacom as I don't have the time and patience do deal with your *********** company.

Regards
