On the 03rd April 2019 at 1:33 pm to 14:07 pm I got a call from Vodacom and the lady said her name is Amanda. She offered me SIM only deal were I get 20gb of data monthly paying R149.00 and that my SIM will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the 3rd April 2019. Since the 4th April I have been getting text from Vodacom to tell me that I must have my ID and proof of residence ready for delivery. I have called Vodacom on the 09th April as I was told that if I have in questions or queries I must cal Vodacom. The sad part is that Vodacom can't track this deal and I was o the phone the whole of Tuesday and all I got was passed from one agent to another without any help. All I wanted was to cancel the deal. I can assure these two company let the be any money taken out from my account. I will sue both company.
