***** and ITC due to vodacom
I have not yet received any phone calls from vodacom after reporting my problem with vodacom on the 9th of January 2019 and received a reply that I will be contacted for assistance. The call center agent also promised me that someone will contact me either the same day or definitely the next day. VERY VERY UNHAPPY. CONSIDERING LEGAL ACTION.
