***** and Integrity concerns

I have been calling the customer services to cancel some screen insurance that I don’t know. I am still getting billed for it.

Today I spoke to Yolanda from customer care and I explained the situation, she adviced that I must insist on the reference number as they sometimes say they logged a cancellation when they did not then she transferred me to insurance. THUTO MAPHOLOGELO picked up the call and like the rest before she told me she logged the cancellation and I should wait for the sms. I requested a ref number which she said she does not have. I requested to speak to the superior which she denied completely as she is following procedure and it does not allow me to speak to superior. She said her superior is KENAOPE MPOFU. I did not get a chance to speak to Kenaope as Thuto refused blatantly.

So I am not allowed to cancel a cover that I did not even sign up for in the first place from VODACOM.
