***** and collection mess is now my problem

***** ON MY VODACOM CONTRACT WITH NO HELP FROM ALL THE VODACOM STAFF MEMBERS:
Yesterday I went into a vodacom to do a sim swop for my son whose number is linked to my contract.
I get told there's a collection status on my account and that I owe an amount of R 119. I dispute this as my contract gets paid via debit order. After wasting my time and being told the team leaders are in a meeting and can't assist me right now,I leave with the collections number in hand.they had closed and I had to call back the next day.
Fast forward to today I call and am told of a new contract I took up. Apparently I have been billed for this.
Now things start to make sense.
In January whilst at work,my Helper called me stating that there were couriers outside to deliver a phone.I immediately told them to take the phone back as I didn't order any phone. I called vodacom to report this as I grew weary that this was a case of identity *****. The lady I spoke to then advised she could not assist until the phone was back in the possession of vodacom. She advised that she would call me once the couriers came back with the phone. That never happened.
I have been sent from pillar to post to fix this ******** of a mess that I never created. The sales department is closed for now but I am fuming!!!
I have been with this service provider for 19 years and this is the ******* service I get.
I want this sorted out before I port and report this to the NCC.
You have no respect for your consumers.
