***** account on my name

Yesterday i got a debit order from VODACOM which i have no business with. When i call customer care i was told i have a contract with them which was activated in December 2017 at VODACOM SHOP IN PINETOWN. i have never ever been into a vodacom shop, i don't even know the colour of your sim card, I DO NOT have any cellphone contract with any cellphone contract, this is ***** and have opened a ***** case with the store but i want to know how can your consultant open a contract without my details but all my details are with me, never got ******,lost, borrowed to someone else or gave them to anyone over the phone, clearly this is an inside job, that agent who created this contract order knows who opened this contract and this agent is clearly working with these people.

i need this sorted out as soon as possible, i cannot wait two months for me name to be cleared for something i have not done, this is affecting my name in a very bad way.
