***** Account Lead to Legal action.

Good Day<br> <br> My query is a Vodacom account that has been opened under my name and i have been advise to send my ID copy and Affadavid of which i did,Email was send to confirm that is a ***** account and now has come to my attention that they send me to Hammond Pole Attorneys for collections and or further Legal Action.
