I received a call from Jenna Ramchurran from Burnard Raaff and Associates telling me that , I have an account with Vodacom it's been handed over to them. She was so rude when I asked her questions answered me like she's talking to her child said she's the only one who can help with arrogance, told me that she is doing me a favor. Bear in mind that the account is ***** no communication from vodacom not even a statement ,letter of acknowledgement copy of a signed contract. when i asked her to confirm my details gave me an attitude I'M TIRED WITH THIS USELESS PEOPLE WHO DON'T EVEN FOLLOW PROCEDURE QUICK TO SEND SMS'S . This morning they send me an sms saying they have sent my account to my Employer to for salary deduction for non-payment for what? when I asked what did i ake from vodacom laptop or phone with attitude playing GOD as if she owns the world. she just sent an email no statement attached . This woman belittled me talking over me. I'M FURIOUS DONT TRY MAKE YOUR PROFITS LIKE THIS .if you see an account it's not paid what is your job whats the right procedure im using cellc am happy with it
