Dear Vodacom Customer. Your service ticket with reference number EC-17PJ-3O2BX4 has been closed. Thank you Vodacom.
They didn't help me or bother to call me vodacom just closed my call. They didn't respond to my issue. I'm still blacklisted by vodacom even though I never opened an account with them.
Someone out there I need advice on the way forward. Please help
