We have been trying to cancel two contracts for more than 8 months now. We get sent from pillar to post, they then upgrade us without asking, or just extend the contract.

We stopped debit orders at the bank only for them to find a way to deduct it again. Best of all we received cancellation sms'ses and mails only to find they just deduct the money and continue with the contract. THIS IS *****!!
