Vodacom Employers allowing contracts to be *******ly released. Vodacom employers is utterly the most disgusting. Giving Vodacom such a bad name. After we enquired about upgrading our contract, a vodacom employer (whose name we are still getting as we will be pressing charges as the employer/advisor has falsely used my husbands ID number) the advisor, upgraded the contract for 2 x iPhone 11's on the 12th december, with my husbands ID number. Luckily we went into Vodacom to upgrade the same contract, just to be surprised that the contract as already been upgraded in GAME - N1 CITY, of which the documents were not signed (we called them to send through the confirmed documents for these phones), they were not signed but given these two phones on my husbands ID and of who will be debited the 01 January R1093 for these two phones???? ***!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is definitely a job done with an insider as how would they know this specific contract had to be upgraded??? I'm utterly disgusted, and so afraid that this isn't the end of our ID being used *******ly. Vodacom, this is completely disgusting. The people at GAME N1 city will call us back to find out who falsely allowed phones to be sold with no signature or even proper verification???? Vodacom, please help us get to the bottom of this.
