On the 26th of June 2021 I found myself being a victim of *****. An upgrade was done **********ly at Incredible Connections Mall of Africa. I personally feel this could have been prevented because if i could see that the documents used by ********** were **** surely Vivian( Incredible Connections Consultant) that assisted with upgrade should have seen that those documents are ****.

Consultants at Vodashop Chris Hani Crossing are also *********** because I went to the Shop on the 27th of June to query why my mobile wifi router does not have network and they told me it's because it doesn't have network ( Like really I've had this router for 3 years and when it does not have data it won't connect me but it will have network) surely they could have picked up when I asked them to check when is my contract coming to an end that an upgrade was done

I really think Vodacom should reconsider doing upgrades with 3rd party because it's clear that their security checks are lame because Samu(Incredible Connections Manager) told me they called my number and it rang on the client, that number was not suppose to ring because this is a data sim card. To this data Vodacom has not given me feedback regarding this investigation. Vodashop Repairs Alberton ( Newmarket Mall) It is because of your competent consultants that I discovered that I have been *****ed. Thank you very much guys keep up the great work.
