I see on my bill that there is a upgrade done on my number. I haven't ask for a upgrade and haven't done a upgrade on that number yet. I phone them and tell them what happen. They tell me that i must sent my id and a affidavit that i haven't ask for a update to them. They don't follow their own processes when you upgrade. Normally you must show your id and resistance address. Why must i gave prove that i haven't request for a upgrade. The fellow that i talk to says that he is a supervisor. He is laying, because when i was phone by another lady she said that he isn't one. It sound there is a lot of layers working there to cover for the mistakes. They give me a ref number its S3-8xwe5e-e304. I still wait for feedback. They give faks number to faks my id to them. They got it on the system, why must i do that. How do i know its not just another sceem!!!!!
