Hi there. This is not a complaint against vodacom but rather against someone abusing vodacom's name to obtain personal information for *****elent purposes. A lady called marinda called me from a **** courier company, herberg couriers, stating that they were assigned by vodacom to deliver a promotional gift ( i were apparently one of 500 selected) to my address and they needed my phydicall address. I cannot get hold of person phone is just ringing and i confirmed by means of my contact that the number belongs to person whom has been deceased thus person are using the number for *****elent purposes. Please trace number: *** and give feedback asap. I am also going to open a case with police in order to get hold of this person. The phone is always on and could thus be traced.
