*****: I had a insurance claim a year ago where they said my old Cellphone and the new Cellphone has the same value this was all lies!!!!! Vodacom overcharged me and **** to me about the value of the cellphone given to me, i was never told to update my policy with the new cellphone. i have been overcharged by vodacom insurance where i was told today that i am over insured and will only receive a cellphone half the price i was insured for. The lady that attended to my claim said to me i already claimed the cheaper phone on a previous matter and after that said theres no record of the phone. THEY LIE AND ***** TO US AS CUSTOMERS I AM GOING TO REPORT THEM TO THE OMBUDSMAN AND ASK EVERYONE THAT READS THIS TO DO THE SAME!!!!!!!!!!!!
