I've been struggling with Vodacom for years and finally decided its ttime to leave. Now imagine my surprize when I phone to cancel a month to month contract that has not been uograded in years. Only to find out that Vodacom decided to uograde me. They cant tell me to what since I did not get a new phone/tablet or sim nothing butI cant cancel cause my contract has been upgraded. I then get the we'll call you back wich off course never happens and now I am yet again stuck with a product I never asked for but am forced to pay for.
