In 2015 i bought a phone from vodacom via contact...in 2016 november i called them requesting the amount i was owing....i went to standard bank to deposit the money..from there after ive been getting calls from vodacom and lawyers asking for money of i dont know anything about...vodacom has since put me under arreas from 2016 until today. 3 weeks ago i went to the shop where i bought the phone and they put through to sales department at vodacom.. last month on the 27th vodacom debited R1500 on my account without any consultation with me or any arrangements... when i phoned them they said they will cancell my contract of which i have been cancelling for the whole year. I have statements from vodacom stating that i have been cancelling the contract from last year. Plz help..Is ********** for vodacom to access my account without my permision? Do they have right to put me under ITC for a credit i have paid 2 years ago? Where do i report such matter?
