I was ****** off my phone on the 02/04/2018 and i opened a case at the Diepsloot Police Station, i blocked the phone but not the sim card as i had planned to do a sim-swap. then i failed to have the sim swap done as i couldn't manage to get another phone, after few days i heard my contacts saying that my Vodacom number( ********** 955) is always online and then i used my work phone to call my old number and it was ringing, then i decided to phone Vodacom to have the number blocked as i wont be able to get another phone anytime soon and they blocked it. to my surprise yesterday that old number was back online(WhatsApp) and it even exited one of the groups i am a member of. so i want Vodacom to explain how that number is working while i have it blocked, and also explain what will happen if someone commits ***** with that number as it is ricar'd under my name
