On 29th July I did an telephonic upgrade after Vodacom called me with an offer. They offered me the VIP + package with 25Gig of data per month (25 normal hours and 25 night owl). Offer was for R1399 and because I did the upgrade through them I wasn't being billed and admin fee. a Few days later I received and invoice for R2500 odd. Admin fee included and all of a sudden the R1399 offer is R1841 excl VAT. Surely this is *****! I logged a call this morning REF # 1- ********** ********** . Why does something like this happen!! I am considering just canceling my whole contract with Vodacom.
