November 2017 I received a call from one of the Vodacom consultants who stated that I have a contract with Vodacom which I know nothing about, I went physically to a Vodacom store and requested that they pull out a record that shows where was this done and which package did i take they could not tell me which device and package I took and they could not provide me with a copy of a contract . The consultant told me to provide a statement and affidavit because they suspected it was a ********** account I was then promised that they will investigate and provide me with the results of the investigation till date I haven't heard anything from Vodacom regarding the " investigation " . Today I received a letter of demand stating that I have to make a payment of R4,031.61 what happened to the investigation ? I am really not happy with Vodacom as this is ruining my reputation , I request that you clear my name of this and provide me with evidence proving the package I took and documents I signed to agreeing to this . This is unacceptable the account number provided is i ********** -9.
