I did an Upgrade beginning of January and was told they didn't have stock, but would process the application and that I would have to wait for more or less two weeks. Didn't hear from them again and then last week of January we get an sms to say the Uprgrade will be processed 31/01/2018. On 01/02 I follow up to find out when we will get the phone and then I am told that it was delivered to us 15/01/2018; however we didn't receive anything. They will get back to us, but we have to keep on calling just to be told that RAM couriers committed ***** and we have to open a case at the police station. Apparently they got hold of our ID numbers and even falsified our signatures so Vodacom cannot do anything- they know it is ***** as we are not the only people that it has happened to, but it is still our problem. How the hell is it our problem? We never got it, so it was still the property of Vodacom and we have to pay double for something that we didn't receive. I do not have time to go to the police station and make a case based on something that a lady at Vodacom is telling us?????
