Vodacom, YOU are an absolute digrace to your customers and to your country!!! VOdacom allowed ***** on my account. Someone forged my signature and managed to buy a phone on my name. I refused to pay for that phone, because I did not buy it. Now Vodacom cut off my line as the monthly payment of the phone is not paid.

THus, Vodacom is responsible for my loss of income, bause I can not phone out to to business. THe ****test service and network for sure.

I already reported to vodacom's ***** and forenzics. Yet no reply in more than 2 weeks.

Vodacom, it is not my problem if you allowed ***** on my account. If my line is no reactivated in 3 working days or ASAP, I have no choice but to spread it all over social media and the papers.

I am sick and tired of bad service from Vodacom.
