I detected ***** on my cell phone account, went to Vodacom ofice in Brooklyn who advise me to call Vodacom customer care. They gave me a reference number via email for the case and said it has been reported. After 2 days I still didn't receive any response from Vodacom. After 7 working day I started quering what is going on, they then rep**** I need to send to the ***** department an affidavit , a copy of my ID and and 3 signatories. Another 7 days went by, still no response, in the mean time Vodacom is calling me 8 times a day because my account according to them is in arrears. Now after 3 weeks and still no response they claimed that they didn't received any documents however Bernard Mahomane confirm on email that they did received the documents . Nobody can get hold of the ***** department.
